dishonesty

From the first day we got to avbob the person helping us had an attitude and not very helpful after giving her an ear full she became better.the day before the funeral they delivered less chairs n were ********* about it they didn't inform us when we counted the chairs we realised that it was short and we informed them..and even at the grave site they provided 8 chairs when arrangements were made we were informed that we would be getting 20 chairs and the tent provided was unacceptable small etc cramped for the amount we paid we accepted good service,portraits of the deceased were also not supp**** yet on the contract they said it would be supp**** even the vegetables promised were never supp**** .. And from their side no communication was done on things not delivered or running late..
