My sister paid the funeral policy for 20 years, to my surprise Calertonville Branch could not even get her a proper coffin, they squeezed her into a small coffin, her left shoulder bone was on the chin, we couldn't even see her neck due to how she was squeezed into that coffin, while we told them that she was bigger than the coffin they had and that we didn't mind paying the shortfall, we just chose the colour of the coffin we liked but we knew it would fit. But guess what my sister was still squeezed in the same coffin after we were asked to wait the whole day on the of transporting her as they were looking for the bigger one.
