Disgusting service

Hi, I took out my funeral cover with this org in 2021. I was very optimistic at the time thinking I had made a good decision. Sadly, I had to request a cancellation after receiving no service from them which was not even claim related. This made me wonder what would have happened had this been related to help associated with making funeral arrangements. And the company you trusted with such a service didn’t even care to call after numerous emails including phones calls to their unresponsive call centre. I’m even deeply disappointed. I should have gone with another company. Now I have lost money and have to cancel this service. Truly disgusting service. They are not even confirming my cancellation after almost 5 days. I am flawed.
