DISGUSTING SERVICE AVBOB POTCHEFSTROOM

I wish I could put ZERO stars for AVBOB Potchefstroom. My grandmother passed away on the 9th of July 2021. She was supposed to be cremated on the 16th of July 2021. We were advised that it would be a silent cremation due to her having Covid which we accepted and understood. HOWEVER she was only cremated in the 23rd of July 2021. We were not informed when she was being cremated even though AVBOB Potchefstroom assured us we would be so that we could have her memorial. When we had phoned on Monday the 26th of July 2021 to find out what the situation is with her cremation we were advised that she had already been cremated. Where is the Dignity for my grandmother ? EVERYTHING for the cremation was paid EXACTLY 5 days after her passing. They were quick to take the money and promise we would be updated as soon as her cremation would take place. The service is DISGUSTING!!!! I Would ***% NOT recommend using them. Very disappointing.
