DISGUSTING SERVICE

Our mother passed away on 18 September and I am absolutely disgusted with the service received from AVBOB. We were told that there is at least a 21 day waiting period for cremations and that we were not allowed to attend the viewing of the cremation. Only to discover, after moving her to another funeral parlour, that this was a lot of absolute *******. Our mother had been laying in AVBOB's mortuary for 7 days before we managed to move her which was done on Monday 27 September by the 30 September she was cremated and we were able to view the cremation.

My question is why are AVBOB so disgusting, they treated us with absolute contempt, as if they were doing us a huge favour.

AVBOB you have a big name out there and you are a bunch of lying horrbile people. YOU SUCK. People dealing with death should not have to go through the situation you put us in.

You should not be allowed to get away with this, bunch of horrible staff.
