Disgusting service

1 star is even too much to rate the service i m recieving. I am supposed to be burrying my mother this coming Saturday, went and arranged with Avbob on Thur last week and was told the Dr who will do the notice of death would be there the same day or the next worse case scenario, cause she comes everyday... This is in order to get assitance from home affairs with the death certificate... I call today Monday to find out how far the process is and Avbob has not done their due deligence as yet... The home affairs process has not even began, let alone that it also has a turn around time of up to 5 days...working days...avbob has not gotten the Dr to do the notice of death because their ONE doctor is over worked cause of Covid... Avbob that burries people everyday has not made better arrangements .. I mean Covid requires that people are buried in 3 days... How does Avbob do that if they cant get a Dr to do a notice of death in 3days.. Now I'm being told rudely to go to home affairs myself and que to get it quicker... I cannot leave JHB to to EC to make arrangements for this coming Saturday... A service i have been paying for more than 5years form.. I mean all u do is funerals...thats all u do, if u cant do that then what ...
