so my late grandpa passed away last year on the 22nd of December up to now nothing has been received from avbob, we submitted everything but every time we go to our nearest branch which is 100 kilos from where we stay (Aliwal North) we get sent back and forth. travelling to Aliwal North is not pap an vleis but seems like they don't realy care.
