disgusting service

they always advertise dignity and great service on their ads but when it comes down to it they really could be bothered we where quoted for a PA system at my sisters funeral which we paid for and they never delivered it. After the funeral I called to inform them and they where quick to acknowledge the fact that they didn't deliver and to promise to refund us but for the last 3 weeks I have been constantly made a fool of with thier promises to call me back about the issue but I have to call them and they never have an answer but keep promising to get me answers and call me back which they never do and its repulsive because they keep promising to follow up but they never do and I have to call back its unacceptable that they take our money but never deliver on thier promises I would never suggest to anyone to ever get a avbob fuberal policy and I and my wife and will be canceling our contracts with them because I am utterly disgusted with thier service
