Disappointing service from Avbob

Disappointing service from Avbob, I have recently lost my brother-in-law, I really trusted Avbob to be there during these difficult times, instead, they added the stress during the time of grieve, my brother-in-law passed by the form of an accident which their policy states that is double payment but now they are coming with excuses, I was also promised voucher money to help with airtime and petrol, but that was never paid. I will never recommend anyone to be with Avbob, you can cancel your policy now to save yourself from stress.
