Disappointing service

Have funeral policy with Avbob have submitted a claim via email, and they sent a form that I need to fill in after filling the form and sent it to them they came back and say I must get their form with their logo get certified at the police station. Of which at the police station they can't certify a printed copy, how can Avbob expect me to certify a form that's been sent by them via email. They are just giving me a run around for them not to pay the claim. It's now 2 months the burial took place.
