Disappointed with Avbob Admin Process

I put in my claim at Bethal Avbob branch in Mpumalanga ,filled in the forms and left, they called me the next day that they completed the forms incorrectly I should come back, went back, later they called saying they can’t find my beneficiary , I went back and gave them the policy number which they then found. My claim was only processed by Wednesday when I was there from Monday. It’s Friday and my claim has not been payed . The funeral is tomorrow 09-12-2023 and I haven’t received my payout. How am I supposed to make funeral arrangements. The agent says even if they make the payment today. It will reflect in 48 hours. How is this helping grieving families. Do you they even consider the urgency and need of the money. I’m so disappointed with Avbob
