DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am very unhappy with Avbob, I have been their client for from 2014 but as of the past 3 months they are really frustrating me, 1st they had my son's details in correctly, when I went there to change it, I decided to put him under extended since he is 18 years and that is when all my problems started, they removed him completely from my name which had him without any cover for the month of Feb, since the cover on the extended was gona start in March, with 6 months waiting period which meant someone I had covered for the past 8 years was suddenly without cover . Went back to the branch to sort that out, just when I am thinking I'm sorted cos all my debits went of end of FEb, I'm fine, I'm covered BOOM on the 23rd of March I receive an SMS that my policy is cancelled!!!! Called them to enquire, I am told it was a mistake, someone with a similar policy number cancelled and mistakenly they cancelled mine, I don't even blame whoever cancelled their policy, how do you trust suck reckless and *********** people with such a huge responsibility, I am so disappointed and will be shopping around for better cover and services
