Disappointed client

I work for GDE, it happens that Avbob consultants come to my school to give information about policies they offer. I do have one policy with Avbob that I signed but it happened that someone from Avbob signed a *****ulent policy for me, which I didn't have a consent to and I realised that when I get my salary slip, because the was a deduction for that policy. I am so disappointed with Avbob that someone can just do ***** with my information without my knowledge and I have emailed my complain about the issue, which I haven't get any response from Avbob. I don't know if this is a normal thing to happen but I need my money back. Please assist me Peter
