Disappointed by AVBOB

I am unathi Kunju, end of march i noticed that there is a deduction on my payslip from AVBOB of which i have NEVER taken a policy from them..( AVBOB AL***X6 577.00 0056 AVBOB AL***X6 448.28) of which they started deducting end of January

I went to AVBOB office in tongaat to find out about these deduction of which i was surprised to find out that even the people that are covered there i don't know them..

After reporting and canceling the policy.. The was no further communication in terms of me getting my money back.. I had to stop other things cuz i couldn't not cope financially cuz AVBOB is taking my money.. As we speak am behind with other payments

I would appreciate if this thing can be sorted out and get my money back with compensation because am really struggling and i don't understand how one get commit ***** and take it very light and there is one guy that i also know who has the same problem as mine.. His name is lungani Khumalo..
