Disappointed again

I am trying to get hold of anyone via email or calls, No answer for emails and Calls get cut off while holding for more than 6-10 mins each time. My cash back is due and there is absolutely no feedback after sending all required documentation. Imagine someone had to pass away that is on my policy and this is the treatment that I get but your adverti*****t specifies DIGNITY. There is none what so ever. I am seriously considering cancelling after all that i have been through. There is nothing dignified about avbob at all.
