Disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with the service I've received. My mom passed away 2 months ago, thank God avbob assisted me with that. The team at Chaiwelo sis a great job even with the whole debacle that occured with Avbob.

But 2 months on no communication from avbob and still no payment of my balance and worse I am still being debited the same amount as though no claim has been put through. There is no communication from them and calls get cut while on hold to speak to an agent. They have been back on line for 5 weeks now and still this kind of service. It's not on. I've been a client for 11 years now and I am wondering if I need to move elsewhere. Very disappointed.
