Deplorable, ********, *********** and in reliable Avbob

Regrettably, Avbob have not assisted my mother, Mrs DP Morolong, Avbob Policy No:AL***X8. Mrs DP Morolong can be reached at ***. A couple of weeks ago I complained about how Avbob was refusing to assist my mother. To this day, Avbob has promised that someone will return to my mother but I am here to report that there has been dead silence from Avbob. Avbob's actions are deplorable and deserve condemnation in the strongest possible terms!!! My mother never missed a single payment and now, more 1 year later, Avbob is still ignoring her.
