Delayed funeral payout
I have put a claim for my aunt's funeral on the 18th of April was told that the payout would be paid within the next 48 hour's. The funeral is today, no payout is made. I don't have any means to go attend the funeral let alone as sending contribution to assist with the funeral arrangements. I'm very disappointed with AVBOB funeral services what a disgrace
