Deducting after 5 months Cancellation

I wrote an email to Avob on 08.12.2016, asking them to cancel a policy that was suppose initiate in January 2017, they sent me an email back asking me to send a signed cancellation letter (Helen), I sent it on 09.12.2016. I trusted that that it will be sorted out. Last week - April 2017 - I looked at my payslip and found that they have deducting the premium, when I called they said the policy is still active - I spoke to 3 different people and every time they ask for something else - The first person said it is still active (Primrose) - they cannot see the cancellation - I resent it - I called again - They said it it is still active - I need to send my ID and Bank statement so that when T. Mohajane does the cancellation they will need these documents to reimburse me (Neo), I called again today (11.05.2017) - spoke to Randall - he says it still active - this will take some time - it usually takes 3 months for a policy to be deactivated - I pointed out that I cancelled this policy in December - before the 1st Initiation Date - What is he talking about when he says its gonna take some time - He then says by Monday it will be sorted out... This is unacceptable. I trusted them, this is so unprofessional.
