Debit Orders
Hi There
I have a problem, my debit orders go off when they aren't supposed too. Sometimes I get notifications that state that my policy has lapsed, according to my bank statement, the payments have been going off as they should.
I have a concern, that this will cause problems for me in the future. I have called into your centre and that hasn't been helpful.
