Debit order that Capitec ID *** *** Nobathembu Malissa Cawe

I've been up and down with AVBOB since before system crashed, I've been escalated to claims department, I've lost count, I've emailed, Mapitsi Tsiri, Thembi Lindani and Obakang they are all not responding to my emails. Yesterday #AVBOB reached a new low for me, I was told my claim was rejected due to it not maturing in March 2026 when the deceased was ******ed, now since when does an accidental death need maturing, how did AVBOB come to the conclusion that this was a natural death, where as the claim documents plus a death certificate stated the nature of the death plus the case number, after stating the facts I was told the claim has gone for investigations now, mind you the claim was waiting for payment at the time the system crashed because all the investigations where done by their Auditor on the 9th of May 2026, on top of that I was informed by Mapitsi Tsiri and Thembi Lindani that I had incomplete documents before they stop replying to my emails, which I rep**** to them and I included the person from claims department who was busy with my claim in which was Olifile Majake that I had sent my documents to his email and they responded to receiving my documents.

Now how is my claim back to investigations but was rejected for maturing for an accidental deaths, according to your policies for it to apply first payment must have been received for the accidental cover, which was received on the 15th January 2026, Your claims department is very ***********, to make matters worse I know that you are paying out for claims from end of July, what are about us from when your system crashed??? We took out policies to help with funeral arrangements, we couldn't even do that, now you continue to traumatize us more by being ***********, I will never recommend you to anyone I know, I've never experienced such incompetency from people who are supposed to be there during people most vulnerable period. Mind you I've been waiting 16 weeks for this claim to be paid.
