Debit order

Good day

My name is Njabulo Mtshali, I have a policy with AVBOB apparently the debit order for September 2017 deducted an amount of R527.95 on the 01 September 2017.

Now I have a challenge because AVBOB sent me an sms to notify that they didn't receive my September 2017 premium in that case they will deduct twice of my premiums on my October 2017, I have tried to query this with the person who assisted me to take this policy but nothing has been done, this has affected my policy please assist me in sorting out this.
