Death certificate decertification Mitchells Plain/ Philip Plaza Branch

Poor service from Avbob Mitchells Plain/Philip Plaza we were so disappointed with my family as we lost our sister last week Friday on the 06/08/2021 and we want to bury her on 15/08/21 we were advised by Ayanda Qegu that they will come to collect one of my family member to go to the deceased Doctor so that we can proceed with the death certificate On 09/08/21 was a public holiday then the follow day which was Tuesday we didn’t get it then they promised us that we will get the death in the morning at 10:00 which is today on 11/08/2021, they did call in the telling us that they’re busy with it the driver is standing at home affairs at 14:30 will have the death certificate, Phoned Ayanda Qegu he said that the driver is at home affairs the time was 16:00 home affairs is closing at 15:30 when I telling him that he said to I can see what I can do he’s busy collecting another deceased he can’t speak with me and dropped off the cellphone while I was talking to him I said to him I’ll report him and he advised me that go ahead I don’t care Ayanda Qegu doesn’t have a way of talking with clients he needs to learn how to speak with clients at the end of the day we are paying his salary
