Dankie Avbob!

I'd like to take the time to thank Steve Mpete and the Avbob Krugersdorp Team for the empathetic, efficient, and quality service we received for the funeral of my late Mother-in-law.

We arrived at the Yusuf Dadoo Hospital Mortuary without any prior arrangements with Avbob, with the intention of calling the call centre for the release, transportation and storage of our loved ones remains.

On arrival we met Steve and a colleague who were there for another body. On hearing that we were Avbob Clients he immediately attended to us and assisted with the forms and all requirements, making calls etc.

Within no time our deceased loved one was preped, ready for identification and transportation.

On arrival at the branch, a lady (Kayla) was ready to accompany us to the 'dreaded' Home Affairs for the issuing of the Death Certificate.

After all the admin was dealt with, Steve took us through the details of the packages on offer, what our cover provided and what options were available to our disposal. His conduct being profressional, friendly, and respectful through out.

Thouroughly explaining and patient to answer questions and repeat answers.

All in all to the last day, the service was excellent.

Avbob really made these difficult times easier to navigate.
