Cremation of remains without families consent.

Avbob Moreleta Park cremated my mother’s remains without the families consent. As per arrangement with Avbob Moreleta ,once they had received the death certificate we arranged for the cremation and where told that because of the Covid case the body cannot remain at the branch for more then three days. My mother passed on on Monday the 6th of July and because of Covid her body couldn’t stay more then three days at the morgue. If my understanding is correct the past day for her body to stay was Thursday therefore cremation would take place Friday as per agreement with Avbob via the whole not more then three day rule. As you know prior arrangements are made with family and relatives making them aware of the date of cremation and so forth. Thursday we got a call from Avbob Moreleta confirming that the body would be collected Friday and cremation was going to proceed as per agreement/arrangement. We even went to the extent of going to the branch itself to confirm and all was well. Later that Thursday afternoon we got a phone call informing us that the body would be collected that afternoon however we shouldn’t worry agreement would still be as per arrangement and we shouldn’t worry storage would be arranged by Avbob as much it’s a Covid 19 (mind you my father passed away two weeks before my mother via Covid and from what we where told with him once the body is picked up it’s cremated same day and cannot or should I rather say will not be stored at the crematorium storage since it’s a Covid case and they the crematorium will not put they workers at risk, so basically zero storage) and the cremation will still happen Friday morning. 10 min after that phone call we get another from the same guy stating that ‘opps’ there was a mistake and my mother’s body was collected earlier on that day and cremated without the families consent. Don’t know about you but I don’t think this is how things where suppose to be done and Avbob needs to take account of what happened and explain clearly. Avbob must and will fall....
