Concerned client

I'm disappointed by the service I received from your consultants. I called to complain about someone opening a funeral policy for my grandmother without her knowledge. We don't know this person however we got the name of this person from the consultants. I was told to go with my grandmother to 1 of the Avbob branches in order for an investigation to take place. When I asked if this company does not have a complaints line I was told they only deal with complaints at the branch. I'm worried someone is committing ***** with my grans details. Tshidi T
