I am still awaiting for Avbob as I have laid a complaint on Monday the 3rd Oct 2022 . Nothing has been done about this and Ronice Arends promised to call me back with an outcome of this complaint. I called their complaints department today and a certain guy told me this matter may take 3 to 4 weeks to be resolved and this will be way after my granny's burial this Saturday.
