Complain

AVBOB deducted my money from my payslip, I did not join any funeral policy with them. If I ask they say it is a Broker, Even my colleagues experienced the same problem. AVBOB must invistigate their Brokers who are doing this ***** on government employees. I believe if it is a Broker it must be registered with AVBOB. If the person takes out policy the name of agent must be there. AVBOB is playing with us if they say they don't know the brokers. How come I join a funeral cover without a signature.
