Complain

Good day. Im going back and fourth with Avbob daying i owe 2 months premiums. I have never missed a payment, ever since i have had this policy with them. They keep on saying i owe them when i have tried to send prove from my side that i dont owe them. I have had this policy for nearly 4 years now. I have been emailing with their head o debit orders stating i owe them but they cant prove for which month.. I went to the branch and gave them my bank statements but still they say i owe them and it wont show on my bank statement.
