Claims complaints shocking service

Absolutely do not recommend, delays in claims and several hours on the phone. Absolutely shocking that an fsp complaints and claims department can provide answers like "i can't tell you how long it will take" after advertising 48 hours. It's been 11 days. Please do not tell me to contact your claims or complaints department because I might aswell save money and not phone or email. You won't get a response anyway.
