Claim payout
I have a funeral plan with AVBOB sent claims forms direct to Ghandi Square Branch on Wednesdays , the funeral was Friday , I was advised money will be paid within 48 hours , Today it's Monday i still haven't received the payout , I had to go to Loan sharks to borrow money for the funeral to proceed , this is very poor service from them , no SMS , no email , no phone call to apologies for delayed payment . Such big company with poor service . I'm very Disappointed , its my first time claiming .
