claim not paid yet......
My name is LV Mahlaba ID number *** policy number : AL***X8 I have made a claim on the 29/12/2015 at protea mangalani branch for my late brother sipho James mahlaba who passed on the 18/12/2015 till now I haven't received the payment. I tried calling pretoria branch and was told that they haven't received my claim yet. Its been 17 years since I have joined avbob and never missed a payment but the service that I'm getting from you is very poor an unacceptable. im even thinking of cancelling my policy with avbob <br> <br> <br> <br>
