CLAIM
I went to submit all my necessary documents to claim as we have a funeral , last week Thursday , 22/01/2015 around 16h30 and was told the transfer will be done within the next 48 hours excluding weekends ofcoz but today is Wednesday , 28/01/2015 and the money is still not transferred into my Account, the funeral is this weekend I am frustrated and the representative is not helping as I wish to be helped as this matter is TOP URGENT but they debit every month without hassles.
