Centenary Bonus
Avbob claims they are sharing their 100 centenary bonus with their customers, i sent the sms as per their TV advert, got a reply on the SmS that i will get my bonus on 12/01/2019, when the bonus was not paid on my account as per the sms, i called them, the lady i spoke to, told me that the date format is wrong, the actual date of the bonus payout is 12 December 2019. To me, this is just an excuse not to pay, December comes, they could claim i forfeited the bonus in January
