Cashback payout delay
When enquiring about my cashback payout date I received a response within 2 days on two separate occasions. HOWEVER now that I have submitted the requested documents for my cashback payout it has been 6 days and still no reply or confirmation that my documents have been received or whether all is in order. When will I get a response? Is this a delay tactic for paying out?
