Cash Bonus

<p>Having a Avbob funeral policy. I phoned our local branch regarding the Cash Bonus payment due ths month they I ask to bring proof of my ID and one month bank statement which I did. The lady at Avbob said to me it will take 2 weeks to release the payment happy with that this was been done on the 1st of August. So then I phoned there head office after the two weeks the lady said to me they cant open the documents send a e-mail to our local Avbob then I heard a story she will follow it up with there Head Office. She phoned me back and told me now I am only due for this cash bonus after they received my 60 payment and this didnt sound right to me, yesterday I phoned head office again and the lady said to me they cant open the documents but she did send a e-mail to a lady handling this and she will phone me back till today I didnt heard anything from them and I start to think this is a ****.</p>
