Cash back payout

<div>Hello Peter I have a complaint from Avbob I claimed for my cash back payout but I never received my full 12 months premiums payout they under payed me.I've been to their branch and the guy who helped me confirmed that indeed I've been underpayed but He said is their head office that made calculations and payouts.I called the head office many times with no luck as soon as I mention my complaint they just hung up on me.i wrote an Email and they got back to me and said to their Email that they are investigating nd they will come back to me after a week and they will call me and update me about the investigation it's been 3 weeks now entering the 4th week without hearing from them..please Hello Peter help me I need to know the reason why they underpayed my cash back payout claim.My policy number is AL***x3</div>
