Cash Back
Am so disappointed with Avbob, I was told that the cash back will only be paid after 14 days as the have month end. Now my question is what if I claimed for funeral payout? This raises questions for future reference. I've send paper work and proof of payment accordingly and was surprised when I was told I must wait 14 days to get paid. This is really not acceptable as I have other policies and this is the first I've heard such excuse.

This is so annoying, when we pay it's fine but when we claim its a problem. Still waiting for your agents to contact me or pay me. I will never recommend anyone to Avbob.
