CASH BACK

So the person I took out the policytold me in December that I'm due a cash back from the 01 January.He then told me to fax /e-mail 1months bankstatement and copy of my ID.So as it January I did just that.I called them on the 08 January and the lady if they got all the documents.They than told me that it took 48 hours for the documents to reflect on their system.I mean seriously how can an email take 48 hours to reflect.So i called every day .When I called again they told me that they received the documents on the 10th(seriously) and that it is captured and that payout take 4-7 working days. I am so dissapointed in Avbob because I am such a loyal client and every month they get their money on time.So my question is Avbob do I need to call every day to find out when I can get my cash back?
