CANCELLING MY POLICY

I have called avbob on the 4th of june 2015 requesting my policy to be cancelled and when now i'm making a follow up on the 18th june they telling me that I need to fax them a letter of cancellation but lola from avbob said on the 4th june that they will call to confirm cancellation.
