cancelled policy
Good day, Today my aunt went to AVBOB in JHB CBD to inquire about her policy, the service she got was terrible as one of the two employee that was serving clients did not want to assist and she was just sitting by the counter. she just instructed my aunt to sit down, so due to being frustrated by the poor service she ended up cancelling her policy, she did that due to feeling unvalued as a consumer.
