Cancellation of the funeral cover

I'm not happy at all with AVBOB, i called sent them an email to cancel the funeral cover with them as is too expensive and I'm not happy with the benefits. when I called I was told that it will be cancelled but still not cancelled they are still deducting my money. I want my money to be refunded. going to the bank to reverse those debit orders and pay the reversal fee That's not going to be an option this time send my money back to my account. I tried to block your debit order cz I was tired now you are using different ref. I want my money back. NOW YOU LOOK LIKE YOUR TOO DESPARATE FOR CUSTOMERS. WHY IST SO HARD TO CANCEL IM NOT HAPPY
