Cancellation of policies with AVBOB

I have been doing everything to cancel all my policies with Avbob firstly I wrote a letter telling them to cancel my policies with them,my name surname and ID number plus signature where included in that letter .Secondly I wrote them an email regarding my letter and them not responding .Thirdly I went to their nearest branch at Maponya Mall to sign a cancellation form and I did so last year around October 2018 but my money is being debited
