Cancellation of avbob policy

Hello ive been trying to cancel my avbob funeral policy number AL ********** X4 for the past 3 weeks i called avbob head offices trying to cancel they told me to write a letter sign it then email it or fax it to ********** i did all that they have been saying they wil contact me but nothing till to date yet they keep debting money from my payslip i request that my policy be cancelled with immediate effect because i never agreed to opening that policy contact details ********** 192
