Canceled Policy
If it wasn't for the burial society we wouldn't have buried my mom last weekend. I don't know why it takes sooo long for a claim to be paid, it's worse during this covid period. Secondly I'm still waiting for my complaint to be attended to since last week. Complaint number 35037. I had my policy canceled without knowing or giving authority. I've been paying for 2 policies since 2014
