Cancelation of an unauthorized policy
I'm very disappointed at how my complaint is being ignored policy no AL***X7, Complaint ref 53621, I've sent all required documents but still I'm being told to send, for what now?! . For a week now, no response whatsover regarding the unauthorised policy that's deducting from my persal. Kindly see into this because I want it canceled, I want my refund and investigate this matter urgently.
