breach of contract

I handed my resignation in July 2013 after working as a representative for the company. According to company policies, I'm entitled to a payout of reserve amount they kept for me. The amount is due to be paid in January 2015, up until today I have not had any communications from them. I called in February, spoke to somebody who told me instead of being paid the whole reserve amount I won't get it all which isn't my problem any more. I have waited for 18 months waiting period and I want my money that I worked hard for
