I changed my banking details but forgot to notify Avbob so my funeral policy would debit from my new account, I sent a sms this morning asking a call back from Avbob because I thought my policy had lapsed. I received the call within an hour. I spoke to this amazing consultant Karabo who was beyond helpful. Not only did he advise me what I can do to get my policy back on track but he also gave me advise for future reference. This might not seem like much but after speaking to a few other consultants from other service providers who sounded grumpy and like I was wasting their time Karabo was amazing. He made me feel like a valued client and that the company is actually here for me. It's not everyday that one comes across such people...he's such a positive brand ambassador. I hope he is rewarded!
