Bad Service from the call centre /consultant "Thabo"
Bad service, i have been calling the number provided on the web page for customer queries *** it doesnt go thru even their *** no assistance, when a consultant answer then they keep saying their name "Thabo' then hang up **** man, i wish to surrender my policy and move to another funeral company that pays attention to clients
