Bad service

I was very disappointed about the service avobob rendered to our family we were waiting for body of the decease they promise to bring the body at 12:00 we waited there are no where to be found we called no one answered the phone calls if they answered they just dropped when you say we athe Xulu family we want to know where we're even Empangeni tried the mtubatuba branch where the body was but no luck I wish know that Winnie the manager where she study the management skills that lady doesn't understand the what customer service means
